How it works

Simple steps from referral to support

Referral received

Complete the online referral form for the relevant service. You’ll receive an email copy of what you submitted for your records.

Intake & planning

Our Intake Team reviews the referral, clarifies any questions and confirms availability, safety considerations and next steps.

Service begins

We schedule services, keep you informed and provide notes and reporting as agreed, keeping the person or child at the centre.

Business hours & coverage

  • Mon – Sun:7:00am – 6:00pm (AWST)

Evening and weekend services may be available by agreement. Please discuss your needs with our team.

Safe, reliable transport

Our fleet includes child-friendly vehicles suitable for supervised contact, community access and support. Vehicles are insured and maintained, with appropriately licensed staff.
